We had a leaky shower that caused water and mold damage in our bathroom and even extended into the kitchen. Sam came in, took care of the mold and water damage, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. He was quick, friendly, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he always made sure I understood what was being done and why. Sam Konetzka, owner of Revival Restoration, is top-notch! He came out to our business, Outreach 419, to inspect the building we’re moving into as we had concerns of moisture in the basement, and his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. Using a thermal imaging device, Sam thoroughly checked for potential moisture spots in the basement, ensuring we had peace of mind about the safety and readiness of the space. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and provided actionable steps to help us maintain the building properly. His thoroughness and clear communication were appreciated. Called Sam (the owner) around lunch time and he was at my house in the next 30 minutes. Breaching water in basement, he pulled out carpet and pad, cut out impacted drywall and placed blowers throughout affected area. He was efficient, friendly and helpful identifying next steps for mitigation corrective action. Came back two days later, and repeated the process (after another rainfall), water now entering an adjoining bedroom. More blowers, pulled out more carper and pad but saved the room form damage getting any worse. Extremely happy with his service and professional demeanor. Pricing was very fair for the effort, time and care he put in over the course of what turned about to be a two week span.
