Aug 2026 - another Sunday leak issue. We were getting ready to leave for a 2-day trip when we discovered a ceiling leak due to bathroom plumbing on the 2nd floor. Sam and Caiti responded right away, again taking care of the coordination with the insurance adjuster and getting everything documented for insurance purposes. As always, his work and attentional to detail are amazing. Jan 2026 - Had a kitchen flood at our previous house (listed for sale) due to frozen pipes. Sam and Caiti got there ASAP on a Sunday to get the mitigation started. Sam coordinated with the insurance company to provide all the required documentation for the insurance claim and mitigation costs. Sam worked with the restoration contractor for a smooth transition and made things simple and easy for the restoration work that followed the mitigation work. Sam’s attention to detail with the mitigation work saved us thousands in restoration costs. Oct 2025 - we purchased a new home that had been empty for a few years and had mold issues in the Basement. Contacted Sam to confirm estimate during the purchase process, then had him do the remediation upon closing. As before he did a great job and was thorough in completing the work. Sept 2023 - We had water flooding our basement at 7pm. Sam brought over all the necessary equipment, helped us figure out the water source and shut it off by 8:30pm. He then got all our stuff up off the floor using styrofoam pads and began extracting the water, pulled baseboards, created access holes and set-up air movers to dry the walls as much as possible. The next day Sam came back and determined any drywall that was not salvageable and demoed the dry wall and then helped to cleanup the mess, removed the flooring damaged by the water. Sam helped us to coordinate contents restoration through referrals and also cleanup after the drywall restoration work was done.
